Not working on GPT 5, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman confirms

 

OpenAI, the company behind the AI-chatbot, ChatGPT, has confirmed that it is not trying to train GPT 5, after releasing the highly efficient GPT 4. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, confirmed this during an event at MIT, where he was asked about an open letter that had been circulated among the tech community signed by Elon Musk and other researchers, urging companies to pause development of AI systems that are more powerful than GPT-4.
